How long before my order ships?
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Sometimes orders get shipped from the manufacture directly to you, therefore your packages will arrive separately.
Do we ship internationally?
We only ship to the US and Canada. Please note Canada has an import tax for the Canadian customers that is not part of extra fee's from Sincere Wedding added on to your shipping.
Do I receive an email invoice with my order?
Upon checkout with our system you will be emailed an invoice. If some chance your spam filter didn't allow for you to receive please contact and we'll send another. You may also log into your account and print another invoice.
Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email and you may log into your account and under your order history will have the tracking number also.
Is your site safe and secure?
Yes, we do not store any valuable information on our site such as credit card numbers. We process credit cards through paypal, google checkout and authorize.net. They take most major credit cards and provide top level security for you and us.
